About and FAQs

What to expect...

Every session is unique.  The general time frame is about 4 to 5 hours.  In the first hour or two, I spend time getting to know you, hearing about your life,  and understanding your questions and concerns.

The third hour is generally spent in an induced light state of trance where you will experience one or more past lives that are appropriate for, and related to, the questions you are presenting.

The fourth hour is spent going into a deeper somnambulistic state, or theta brain wave level.  It is at this level that your subconscious, or Higher Self, can be reached and communicated with.

After you are brought out of the trance state, we will discuss what happened and you may record your session.

In order to have the best possible session, you should arrive on time, with a clear and open mind.  Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and eat something light prior to your session.  I ask that you refrain from consuming caffeine as it will inhibit our objective.  Also, you must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

It is most helpful if you arrive to your session with several questions in mind.  These questions can be about anything, even questions you have had about unusual experiences in your present life such as extra-terrestrial contact.

Bring something to snack on and water to drink after you leave the session, or plan to get something substantial to eat directly afterward, as it will assist you in re-grounding.

Every session, like every client, is unique.  Sometimes you may experience a lifetime that is that is very unusual to say the least.  It is important to keep an open mind and trust that what you are remembering is exactly what will be most helpful in addressing the issues and questions that you brought to the session.  Care is taken to make sure you are not traumatized by your recollections.  You relive it merely to understand it.  Then you can leave it in the past where it belongs, so it no longer has a negative effect on this lifetime.
